Qomel to debut on Nomu on May 9

Qomel Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on May 9 under the symbol 9600 and ISIN code SA162184M018.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Qomel Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 7.

 

Earlier, the company floated 500,000 shares on Nomu, representing 14.29% of its SAR 35 million capital, at SAR 80 per share. The offering was 274.52% subscribed, Argaam's data showed.
