Arabian Pipes authorizes board to pay interim dividend for 2024

Arabian Pipes Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, for 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on May 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved electing board members for the next three-year term starting May 22, 2024, and ratified other agenda items.

 

The board members include Yousef Abalkhail, Abdullah Al Harbi, Ahmed Alluhaidan and Maan Abalkhail among others.
