NHC signs 77 agreements at Real Estate Supply Chain Forum

The National Housing Co. (NHC) signed today, May 22, as many as 77 agreements at the conclusion of the exhibition accompanying the 2024 Real Estate Supply Chain Forum, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

This included five memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to establish industrial zones, in addition to 20 deals sealed with corporates keen to invest in these zones.

This is besides inking 23 open purchase options offered by NHC to developers and contractors, coupled with 28 agreements concluded by developers and contractors through Mawad platform for purchasing building materials from the industrial zones.

NHC wrapped up today the 2024 Real Estate Supply Chain Forum, which kicked off on May 20, under the patronage of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail. The event was attended by several officials from the public and private sectors, alongside local and international supply chain financiers.
