Dar Global, Aston Martin launch new residential project in Ras Al Khaimah

Dar Global, a luxury real estate developer listed in London and a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co., unveiled “The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin” project today, June 4, in partnership with British car manufacturer Aston Martin.

 

The residential project is located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Aston Martin will oversee the interior designs to provide ultra-luxurious designs from the British company.

 

The total value of the project is AED 900 million (€200 million). This is the first collaboration of Aston Martin's design team on a real estate development project in the Middle East.

 

Dar Global said that the new destination builds on the recent success of the Aston Martin Residences project in Miami and other high-profile design collaborations in the United States and Japan.

 

The waterfront project is scheduled for completion by December 2028.

 

The project includes one-, two-, or three-bedroom residences, as well as three-bedroom villas, all overlooking private beaches.
