Edaa adds subscribed securities in Aramco to shareholder accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced today, June 9, the addition of the securities subscribed in Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) to the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

Aramco floated 1.545 billion shares representing 0.64% of its issued shares in a secondary offering. The company’s capital stands at SAR 90 billion divided into 242 billion shares with no nominal value, Argaam reported.
