Al-Modawat reappoints Abdullah Al-Yahya as Chairman

Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co.’s board of directors decided today, June 10, to reappoint Abdullah Al-Yahya as board chairman and Abdulrahman Al-Yahya as vice chairman.

 

The board also rehired Abdulaziz Al-Yahya as CEO and managing director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Meanwhile, the company’s board selected the board secretary and elected members of the audit committee, as well as appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
