Avalon Pharma EGM authorizes board to pay interim dividends for 2024

Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (Avalon Pharma) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends to shareholders semi-annually or quarterly for 2024.

 

The decision was taken during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

In addition, shareholders approved to discharge board members from liability for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2023, the statement added.
