The Ministry of Commerce issued 40,700 commercial registers in Q2 2024, up nearly 17.5% from roughly 34,600 in the same period a year ago, according to its latest bulletin on the performance of the Saudi business sector.
Riyadh, Makkah and the Eastern Province accounted for the largest number of issued registers in Q2 2024, with nearly 16,500, 10,300, and 6,500, respectively.
