Al-Hokail Academy IPO price range on Nomu set at SAR 118-125/share

Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia, the financial advisor, lead manager and bookrunner for the potential initial public offering (IPO) of Al-Hokail Academy Specialized Digital Polyclinics Co., set the offering price range on the Nomu-Parallel Market at SAR 118-125 per share.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the IPO’s final price will be set after completing the order book-building process, followed by the subscription process for qualified investors (individuals).

According to data available on Argaam, Al-Hokail Academy intends to float 2.03 million shares on Nomu. The offered shares represent 29% of the company’s capital, amounting to SAR 70 million, divided into 7 million shares.

 

The offering will run from July 17-21, 2024.
