Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. will not file with the relevant market regulators for its planned transition to the Main Market (TASI) this year, according to a statement to Tadawul today, July 17.
The decision followed a review by the offering advisors of the necessary requirements for upgrading to TASI as some technical liquidity standards were not met.
The company will reevaluate the move once all listing requirements are met. It will announce any related updates in due course.
In April 2023, Fesh Fash’s board of directors decided to upgrade the company’s shares from Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI. Yaqeen Capital has been appointed as financial advisor on the proposed transition, based on the updated listing rules, Argaam's data showed.
