Knowledge City reappoints Amin Shaker as Chairman; names Vice-Chairman

Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) board of directors reappointed Amin Shaker as Chairman and named Majed Al-Anazi as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
 
 

The board also decided to form the nomination and remuneration, audit, executive, and social responsibility committees.

 
During the board meeting held on July 28, the board secretary, company representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed.
 
According to data available on Argaam, shareholders elected a board of directors for the new four-year term starting July 28, 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 30.
