Derayah REIT sells Dammam property for SAR 5.1M

Derayah Financial, manager of Derayah REIT Fund, finalized the sale of the Workers’ Residence in Dammam for SAR 5.1 million.

 

The property ownership was transferred from Derayah REIT to the buyer on Sept. 2, the fund manager said in a statement on Tadawul.

Derayah Financial expects the transaction to have a positive overall impact, which will be reflected in the fund’s H2 2024 results.
