Tihama expects to release financial statements on Dec. 31

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. expects to release its preliminary financial statements for the second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024 (covering six months) on Dec. 31, 2024.
 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the delay is due to the external auditor not yet completed its review.

Tihama added that, due to the expiration of the statutory deadline for publishing the financial statements and in accordance with Article 36 of the Listing Rules, trading in the stock will remain suspended until the financial statements are published.

 

The company will provide monthly updates on the delay in releasing the financial results and will make immediate disclosures in the event of any significant developments.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Tihama announced in November 2023 its inability to publish financial results for the second quarter ended Sept. 30, within the specified deadline on Dec. 15.

 

The stock has been suspended since July 30, 2024, and this will continue until the preliminary financials for the period ended June 30, 2024 are published.
