Al Arabia inks 10-year contract with RGA, expects SAR 694.3M revenue

Arabian Contracting Co. (Al Arabia) signed today, Jan. 1, a 10-year contract with the Roads General Authority (RGA) for advertising on intercity roads in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Arabia expects to generate SAR 694.3 million in revenue as a result of the contract, with the relevant financial impact likely to appear in Q2 2025.

On Nov. 21, 2024, the company won a bid from RGA for advertising on intercity roads, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The company will manage 274 advertising assets, including 165 unipoles, six hoardings, and 68 bridges in the first year. This is in addition to 35 unipoles in the sixth year.

عجبي من جرأة مجلس الإدارة بالتوصية لصرف مكافأة لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة بمبلغ يفوق أرباح الشركة بالرغم من عمومية جاكو في اجتماعها الأخير رفضت تبرئة ذمة أعضاء المجلس. جيبوا أرباح تبيض الوجه وتجمل وابشروا بالمكافآت ، وألعجب الآخر أنهم أوصوا المجلس بتحويل الاحتياطي للأرباح !! ماهذا التخبط.
