First Avenue EGM elects board members for new four-year term

Shareholders of First Avenue for Real Estate Development Co. elected board members for the four-year term starting Feb. 17 during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Feb 17.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the new board includes Hassan Alamri, Nader Alamri, Abdul Salam Al Majed, Mohammed Al-Nafea, Osama Qarqoori and Khalid Al-Qahtani.

Hassan Alamri specializes in the aviation and business management sector and has more than 40 years of experience at Saudia Airlines, where he held several leadership positions in marketing, advertising, sales, and loyalty programs.

Nader Alamri has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment and financial management, while Al-Majed is an entrepreneur and expert in investment and real estate development.

Al-Nafea has over 15 years of experience in finance and planning and is currently the CEO of Makkah Construction & Development Co.

Qarqoori has extensive expertise in investment, financial development, and business management, while Al-Qahtani is a prominent Saudi businessman with vast experience in investment, real estate, and financial development.
