2P bags Sports Boulevard project with SAR 20M financial ceiling

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded a project for the operation and maintenance of technical systems in destinations 1 and 5 of the Sports Boulevard project, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract was awarded as a framework agreement with a financial ceiling of SAR 20 million, including value-added tax (VAT).

The company clarified that the project aims to deliver a comprehensive 24/7 operation and maintenance plan for seven core systems and network infrastructure components within two destinations.

The systems covered under the agreement include a public address and voice alarm system, closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, access control system, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, wayfinding and navigation systems, lighting control system and pavegen system (energy harvesting from footsteps).

The company stated that the expected outcomes include ensuring uninterrupted operation of technical systems such as closed-circuit television (CCTV), public address and voice alarm, access control, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), lighting, and other technologies used by the Sports Boulevard Foundation.

The agreement will also lead to enhancing security and operational efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance, effective supervision and management of all systems to ensure their longevity and performance, providing continuous technical support to users and ensuring compliance with technical and security standards and establishing a flexible and adaptive technical framework capable of evolving with technological advancements.

The relevant financial impact will likely reflect during 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028, and there are no related parties involved in the agreement, the statement added.
