Official: Sasco’s acquisition of Zaiti will open new markets for us

Saudi Automotive Services Company’s planned acquisition of Zaiti Petroleum Services will help the former enter new markets across Saudi Arabia, a top official at Sasco told a local newspaper.

Sasco signed in April an initial agreement to buy the joint stakes of two major partners in Zaiti for SAR 58 million.

The company is keen on closing this deal which will enable us to access new markets, Riyad bin Saleh Al-Malik, General Manager of the Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) told Al-Yom newspaper
