SASCO announces about adding sites to the network of stations inside and outside the cities

Reference to the company's announcement on 14/05/2011 regarding the addition of (43) sites to the network of stations inside and outside the cities, and with respect to the program time, paragraph (4), SASCO wishes to clarify the following:

1- (7) sites was completed until the fourth quarter of 2011, and is expected to check these sites operating revenues at full capacity during the first quarter of 2012.

2- (6) sites will be completed during the second quarter of 2012 and (13) site during the last quarter of 2012.

3- The reason for the change in the schedule announced to the late issuance of necessary permits for construction and development and delays in the Handover of sites from the relevant authorities as well as lack of timetable and schedule of contractors for implementation. And thus will be the financial impact of operational sites as of the quarter following the operation
