Amana Insurance stock to be suspended from next Sunday

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) will suspend the stock of Amana Cooperative Insurance Company as of next Sunday for failure to disclose financial results.
 

The company has not announced results for the financial period ended on September 30 as per regulatory deadline.
 

Today was the regulatory deadline for all listed companies to disclose financial results.
