SAUDI CERAMIC IMPLEMENTS PART OF EXECUTION PROJECTS

Further to Saudi Ceramic Company’s announcement on Tadawul on June 16, 2012; August 15, 2012 and December 31, 2012, the company announces:

• Regarding the extension of the Second Tile Project, the company has sourced and installed the equipment. The project with a production capacity of 12 million m², has started gradual production and shall reach maximum capacity in Q3, 2013.

• Regarding the second sanitary-ware project in Riyadh, the company implemented around 10% of construction works. It received the equipment, and will try installing them on finalization of constructions. Gradual production shall in H1, 2014. The project is financed by internal resources, besides loans from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund and commercial banks.

• Regarding the Red Bricks project, the building was finalized and almost 10% of the work is done. The company received part of the equipment. Test operation shall start in H2, 2014. The project is financed by company’s internal resources, besides loans from Saudi Industrial Development Fund and commercial banks.
