AL-KHODARI SIGNS SALE AND RENT CONTRACTS

With reference to the resolution of the Sixth Extra- Ordinary General Assembly on 8th of May 2013 to approve the contracts that will be concluded between the company and companies some shares of which are owned by some of the Board Members (Mr. Jamil Alkhodari, Mr. Fawwaz Alkhodari, Mr. Ali Alkhodari and Mr. Naif Al Khodari) and the authorization for these contracts for one more year, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of all these contracts on 9/05/2013 as follows: 
1-Rent a 100,000 square meters land in Tabuk from MESAHAT REAL ESTATE CO. (some shares of which are directly owned by Mr. Jamil Al Khodari, Mr. Fawwaz Al Khodari, Mr. Ali Al Khodari and Mr. Naif Al Khodari) to establish camps for labor and offices for Company's projects in Tabuk at 57,400 SR per annum for four renewable years. 
2-Sale of a 2008 Toyota Prado vehicle to ALKHODARI HEAVY INDUSTRIES (some shares of which are indirectly owned by Mr. Jamil Al Khodari, Mr. Fawwaz Al Khodari, Mr. Ali Al Khodari and Mr. Naif Al Khodari) at 65,000 SR. 
3-Sale of 2008 MAN tractor head to ABULLAH A.M. ALKHODARI & SONS TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. (some shares of which are directly owned by Mr. Jamil Al Khodari, Mr. Fawwaz Al Khodari and Mr. Ali Al Khodari) valued at 185,000 SR.
