AMIANTIT’S SUBSIDIARY TO HAVE A CAPITAL INCREASE, NO CHANGE TO OWNERSHIP RATIOS

Reference to the announcement on Tadawul on October 19, 2008 regarding Tawzea’s signing of deal to develop and operate the infrastructure of industrial city services; and further to the announcements on October 11, 2010 and March 5, 2012 on the operation of service at Jeddah First Industrial City implemented-- Amiantit announces that:

1. At the Riyadh Second Industrial City: the supply of water to factories is started to more than 150 beneficiaries out of 1000 prospect recipients. Work is actively continued to meet the project’s timetable. Final operation will be announced in coordination with competent bodies.

At Qassim Industrial City: Connection work at all factories and premises are completed and test operation started on several factories. Final operation will be announced in coordination with competent bodies.
