Saudi Hotels and Resorts Co. Purchases Land in KEC

Saudi Hotels & Resorts Company announces that Makarim Al-Maarifa Co.( in which Saudi Hotels & Resorts own (50%) of shares) had signed agreement on 29/09/2012 to purchase a land with total area of (10,500) sqm in Knowledge Economic City in Medina at cost of SR(52,500,000) which will be financed from internal resources of the subsidiary company. The land will be invested by constructing an integrated complex that includes hotel, suites, offices, shops & multipurpose halls.
