Methanex reduces May Methanol Asian nominations by $ 20 per tonne

Methanex, the world’s largest producer of Methanol, has reduced its nomination for May Methanol Asian Contract Price to $ 460/tonne, $20/tonne less than April’s level.

North American May contract price nomination was reduced $34 to $ 565/tonne.

Monthly selling price set by Methanex is used as a guide to the rest of Methanol producing companies and for spot market.
