Tabuk Agricultural to launch second round of rights issue on Sunday

The second round of Tabuk Agricultural’s right subscription will start on Sunday and last until Tuesday, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.

The first round of subscription started on Jan.13 and ended on Thursday, according to the data available on Argaam.

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company launched a rights issue to raise its capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 450 million. The company has said that it will use proceeds to finance its investments inside and outside the kingdom.
