Al-Babtain appoints Ibrahim Al-Babtain as board chairman

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. appointed Ibrahim Hamad Al-Babtain as chairman of its board of directors, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The decision came during Al-Babtain’s first meeting of the new session held on Tuesday. It also follows a move by the telecom manufacturer to restructure its audit, investment, nomination and remuneration committees.
