Adeem gets CMA approval to amend activities

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Adeem Financial Company’s request to add “dealing as a principal, arranging and advising” to its list of activities, the market regulator said in a statement on Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

Adeem is now authorized to operate as a principal, manage investment funds, discretionary portfolio management, arranging, advising, and custody activities.
