Jarir reopens Jeddah showroom after fire incident

Jarir Marketing Co. on Monday reopened its showroom in Jeddah, after a fire broke out at the facility in September last year.

 

The total book value of damaged assets from the fire reached SAR 14 million, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday, adding that insurance compensation amounted to SAR 17.3 million.

 

The insurance company, however, is yet to determine the compensation for the shutdown period, the statement added.
