CMA exempts Saudi-listed firms from disclosing Q4 results

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Tuesday decided to exempt listed-companies from disclosing their financial results for the fourth quarter of 2017, the market regulator said in a statement on Wednesday.

 

CMA has taken into consideration the transition to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the statement added.
