Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) ordinary general assembly has approved the updated regulations of the nominations and remuneration committee, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the board, committees and executive management’s remunerations policies, as well as the updated board membership policies.
