SARCO’s case against Saudi Aramco adjourned to Feb. 26

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) lawsuit against Saudi Aramco was postponed today to Feb. 26, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Aramco submitted a four-page commentary note to the court, and SARCO has requested time to respond, the statement said.

 

In November 2016, SARCO filed a petition to King Salman asking Saudi Aramco to pay SAR 137.1 million, in order to settle a dispute dating back to November 2011.
