Aldrees to pay FY17 dividend on March 19

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. will start paying its SAR 1 per share dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on March 19, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The dividend will be deposited in the shareholders’ bank accounts at Riyad Bank.

 

Shareholders eligible to receive dividends are those who are registered at the Securities Depository Center on the date of the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on March 5, the statement added.
