Saudis spent $1 bln on Dubai real estate in H1 2018

Total Saudi investment in Dubai's real estate reached AED 3.7 billion ($1.01 billion) in the first half of 2018, down 8 percent year-on-year, from AED 4 billion.

 

These investments were realized through 1,415 real estate transactions,  the Dubai Land Department said in a statement.

 

The Saudis were ranked third in the list of biggest property buyers in Dubai, after UAE nationals and Indians, it added.

 

Overall, investment in Dubai real estate reached AED 111 billion ($30.25 billion) in H1, 2018.
