KEC appoints new chairman, vice-chairman

Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) board of directors appointed on July 24 Amin bin Mohammed Shakir as chairman and Ahmad bin Hasan Al Arjani as vice-chairman, who were formerly non-executive board members, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new appointments come into effect as of July 27 for the new three-year term ending on July 27, 2021.

 

The members of the board’s committees were also appointed for the term, effective July 28.

 

The chairman and vice chairman have a vast experience in business and engineering, respectively.
