Al-Mozaini begins construction at Bawabat Al Sharq’s phase I

Hamad and Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mozaini Real Estate Co. (Al-Mozaini) has started operations at phase I of the Bawabat Al Sharq project, under the Ministry of Housing’s Sakani program.

Work in the first phase, which comprises 2,129 residential villas, will last for 36 months.

Off-plan sales on the project are complete, and the first batch of the residential units will be delivered after two years.

Phase I includes the development of the project’s infrastructure and the related facilities, as services represent 51 percent of the project.

The Bawabat Al Sharq project, mainly developed by Al-Mozaini, comprises 5,968 villas, spanning 6.5 million square meters (sq m). Prices start at SAR 645,000.
