Saudi Cement to elect board members, audit committee on Nov. 21

Saudi Cement Co. shareholders will elect new board members on Nov. 21 for the three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2019, the cement producer said in a bourse filing. Shareholders will also form a new audit committee for the period.

 

Shareholders will also form a new audit committee, in addition to determining its missions as well as its bonuses for the same three-year term.
