Northern Cement to withhold dividend for FY 2018

Shareholders of Northern Region Cement Co. have approved the board of directors' recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

In March, the board of directors recommended withholding cash dividends for fiscal year 2018 in order to support the company’s future activities and boost its solvency margin.
