BSF approves dividend for H2 2018, employee incentive program

Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) shareholders have approved an 8 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, during the general assembly meeting held on May 1, 2019.

 

Shareholders have also approved long-term employee incentive program and delegate board members to distribute cash dividend for FY 2019.
