Keir International Co.’s net profit reached SAR 1.3 million for the first six months of 2023, a decline of 81% year-on-year (YoY), from SAR 6.6 million in a year earlier period.

This is driven by higher cost of sales and suppliers’ raising prices on increased cost of finance.

 

Keir expanded its business portfolio by entering into new sectors and winning new projects, which weighed on the projects’ profit margins for the same period.



Shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 234.200 million by June 30, 2023, compared to SAR 232.608 million a year earlier.
