TASI declines 0.5%; closes at 8053 points
Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined 0.5%, or 41 points, to close at 8,053 points on Thursday, recording its lowest close in about two months.
Total turnover exceeded SAR 4.1 billion, with advance-decline ratio at 50-138.
Market Index
Blue chips SABIC and Al Rajhi Bank edged down around 0.1% and 0.6% each to close at SAR 86.30 and SAR 66.00, respectively.
Saudi Cement Co. rose around 1% to close at SAR 65.40. The company’s board of directors recommended on Thursday a 20% cash dividend for the second half of 2019.
SARCO was the top gainer of the day rising more than 4.4% to close at SAR 52.20, while Ash-Sharqiyah Development rose around 4% to SAR 73.80.
Petrochem gained more than 3% to close at SAR 25.10.

Meanwhile, Banque Saudi Fransi stock was the top loser of the day, declining more than 5% to SAR 34.80
NCLE was another top loser declining more than 4.3% to close at SAR 29.95. Zain Saudi declined around 4% to SAR 12.26, while MetLife AIG lost around 4% to SAR 17.70.
