TASI declines 0.6% to 10,186 points, turnover at SAR 4.1 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.6%, or 66 points, lower at 10,186 points today, Dec. 19.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.1 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank fell 1% to SAR 73, while Saudi National Bank lost 2% to reach SAR 48.
Riyadh Cables slumped 12% on debut, reaching SAR 37.80 – down SAR 5.20, compared to the listing price of SAR 43 per share.
The stock witnessed active trading amounting to about 13 million shares, at SAR 522 million, through nearly 47,000 transactions.
Maaden, Jabal Omar, stc, Dar Al Arkan, Petro Rabigh, Alinma Bank, SABIC Agri-Nutrients, Mowasat and Jarir, ended the trading with declines between 1% and 4%.
Shams and Tihama were the biggest decliners.
Company Prices
On the other hand, SABIC edged up 2% to SAR 83.60.
SASCO rose by more than 2% to SAR 32.15, after it announced cash dividends.
