TASI rises 0.3% to 11,071 points, turnover at SAR 5.9 bln

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 35 points, higher at 11,071 points today, Sept. 19.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.9 billion.

Saudi Aramco rose less than 1% to SAR 34.30 amid trading of almost 23 million shares.

Alinma Bank, stc, Tawuniya, Bahri and Saudi Electricity increased between 1% and 4%.

Maaden gained 5% to SAR 39.90.

Thimar went limit up to close at SAR 28.25, with nearly 3.4 million shares traded.

On the other hand, Al Rajhi Bank declined 1% to SAR 69, recording the lowest close since July 2021. Nearly 8.2 million shares worth SAR 570 million were traded.

Elm closed at SAR 711 (-2%).
