Yamama Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a 5% cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2019, at SAR 0.5 per share, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 6, 2020.
Shareholders will also vote on the report of the board of directors and financial statements for the fiscal year FY2019.
