Southern Cement to vote on 25% cash dividend for H2 2020 on April 11
Shareholders of Southern Province Cement Co. will vote on the board of directors’ proposal for a 25% cash dividend, or SAR 2.5 a share, for H2 2020 during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for April 11, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for FY 2021.Shareholders of Southern Province Cement Co. will vote on the board of directors’ proposal for a 25% cash dividend, or SAR 2.5 a share, for H2 2020 during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for April 11, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
