SABIC shareholders to vote on 15% dividend for H2 2020 on April 13
Saudi Basic Industries Corp.’s (SABIC) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for the second half of 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on April 13, 2021.
They will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
