Taiba shareholders approve 5% cash dividend for H2 2020

Taiba Investments Co.’s shareholders approved the board recommendation on paying cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 a share, for H2 2020, during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 29, 2021.

 

During the meeting, shareholders also authorized the board to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
