MEPCO board recommends 10% cash dividend for 2021
Middle East Paper Co.’s (MEPCO) board of directors recommended paying a cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share for 2021, according to a bourse filing.

In a statement to Tadawul, MEPCO said this recommendation was made as part of the company's strategy to distribute stable dividends, while focusing on its growth plans.
The improved profitability enhances MEPCO’s ability to meet its growth plans, including Roots, Estidama and other future projects, it noted.
