Southern Province Cement Co. shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to pay a 12.5% cash dividend, or SAR 1.25 a share, totaling SAR 175 million, for H2 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated for April 12, according to a bourse filing.
