Kingdom Holding shareholders approve 2.8% cash dividend for 2022
Shareholders of Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) approved, on April 17, the board’s recommendation on distributing a cash dividend at 2.8% of capital, or SAR 0.28 per share, for 2022, according to a bourse filing.
The dividend will be distributed on a quarterly basis at 0.7% of the stock nominal value, or SAR 0.7 per quarter, at a total of SAR 259.4 million per quarter.
