Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of cash dividend to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the first quarter of 2022, at SAR 0.18 per unit, or 1.8% of the initial price per unit, the fund manager said in a bourse statement today, April 24.
The distribution percentage stand at 1.7% of the net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2021, the statement added.
